SALES DIRECTOR USA

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hans Boodt Mannequins is looking for a Sales Director in North America to drive growth and expand our brand presence in the North American market, targeting the top 100 fashion retail brands. You thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding business environment, know how to spot opportunities and overcome challenges, and have the drive to turn strategy into results. You’re a natural deal closer with a strong network in fashion and/or sportswear retail.

ABOUT HANS BOODT MANNEQUINS

Headquartered in the Netherlands and represented with local showrooms in 15 countries across the globe, Hans Boodt Mannequins is the absolute innovation leader in the mannequin industry. We design, develop, and manufacture characters for the world’s most demanding and aspirational brands and retailers in sportswear and fashion across the globe with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

This is your chance to become part of an international, highly ambitious, and creative team with tremendous growth opportunities.

YOUR MONTH IS A SUCCESS IF YOU:

  • You generated and nurtured a pipeline of at least 5 qualified top-100 fashion brand prospects;
  • Got us shortlisted or progressed in 2+ high-potential RFIs with top 100 fashion brands;
  • Had at least 5 high-value conversations with brand decision-makers or procurement leaders;
  • Delivered a custom proposal that turns heads — blending brand identity, sustainability goals, and margin-savvy pricing;
  • Provided clean, visual reporting that gives our leadership instant insight into pipeline strength and conversion status;
  • Provided relevant market intelligence toward leadership;
  • Worked with HQ to align product innovation with client needs and set the stage for long-term value.

Consistently hitting your monthly targets will naturally pave the way to securing one or two high-value clients annually.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 Sales & Growth

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on tier-1 brand acquisition;
  • Play a key role in collaborating across teams to successfully navigate RFI/RFP processes — from pre-qualification to pitch to win;
  • Define and reach ambitious targets — revenue, gross margin, and market penetration —leading to consistent YoY growth;
  • Collaborate closely with HQ to turn market insights into smart pricing strategies and volume forecasts — while sharing those insights across teams to support forecasting, demand planning, and production alignment.

Client Relationships & Networking

  • Contribute to a consistent brand perception of HBM (not just about product, about added value services):
  • Unlock new client doors through a combination of network, storytelling, and persistence: your main objective is building solid, longterm partnerships;
  • Build key account roadmaps with multi-year growth potential.
  • Contribute to a consistent brand perception of HBM:

Strategy & Execution

  • Lead structured sales efforts, backed by data, brand insight and aligned with long-term strategic company objectives;
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders related to product, design, development, marketing and supply chain to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction;
  • Provide monthly pipeline reviews, win/loss reports, and market insights to HQ.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven success navigating procurement-driven sales, including global RFIs and formal tender processes;
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fashion/sportswear retail, custom products, or store fixtures;
  • Relevant market experience;
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Skills

  • Structured, focused, and results-driven, but always human in approach;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills – you pitch value, not price;
  • Data-driven decision-making with MS office, CRM and ERP system experience;

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
    (Details will be shared before the first interview)
  • QSHERA healthcare coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • 20 days of PTO
