ABOUT THE ROLE

At Hans Boodt Mannequins, we don’t just design mannequins — we craft stories, shape identity and elevate retail spaces. As our Customer Support Large accounts, you’ll be the link between some of the world’s most iconic brands and our internal teams. You ensure that every project runs seamlessly from quote to delivery. Precision, communication and a service-driven mindset are your key tools.

You’ll be part of our Customer Support team, supporting the project leads and sales team by managing the full order process and customer communication for one or more of our key accounts. From order entry to delivery scheduling, you keep the wheels turning, even when the road gets bumpy.

  • Processed quotes and orders with clarity, speed and zero errors
  • Aligned seamlessly with the project lead(s), warehouse and logistics
  • Supported sales with up-to-date information, delivery insights and aftercare

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Order and project handling

  • Process quote requests and orders in SAP
  • Coordinate internal workflows with production, buying and logistics
  • Monitor lead times and delivery status from PO to warehouse
  • Schedule transport and keep the client informed
  • Provide structured documentation for finance, operations and planning

Customer and sales support

  • Be the point of contact for one or more key accounts
  • Handle questions, special requests and feedback with care
  • Align with sales and project leads for full service and smooth roll-outs
  • Safeguard margin and planning through accurate data and communication
  • Spot red flags, bottlenecks and opportunities – and act on them

YOU BRING

  • Higher education level of thinking (bachelor) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong Excel and Office skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Service-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and shift gears fast
  • Experience in a commercial and international setting is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages like German, French or Spanish are a bonus)
  • A structured, reliable and communicative personality
  • Team player with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on mentality

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Hans Boodt Mannequins, we don’t design mannequins – we create characters. As our new Financial Administrator, you are a key player behind the scenes, ensuring that everything adds up: the numbers, the processes and the overall financial structure.

You work closely with the CFO and two direct colleagues within the finance department. In a dynamic and creative environment, you bring stability, structure and clarity. You work independently and accurately, switch easily between different tasks and ensure the organisation can rely on solid and trustworthy financial data.

YOU’VE HAD A GOOD MONTH IF YOU

  • Processed the financial administration accurately and on time;
  • Identified the right signals in the numbers and acted on them proactively;
  • Supported the CFO with clear overviews, reports and hands-on assistance;
  • Collaborated effectively with other departments and supported colleagues with your expertise;
  • Contributed ideas to improve processes and systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Financial administration

  • Manage invoicing and accounts receivable;
  • Process payroll administration, bank transactions, purchase invoices and VAT/ICP/CBS returns;
  • Maintain contact with customers, suppliers and partners;
  • Provide financial information to other departments (sales, operations, management);
  • Process data in SAP.

Teamwork and process improvement

  • Work closely with colleagues within finance and other teams;
  • Identify opportunities to optimise financial processes;
  • Contribute to improvements in systems and reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • MBO+ level of working and thinking with at least 3 years of relevant experience (PDL is a strong plus);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP);
  • Experience in a commercial and internationally oriented organisation is a plus;
  • Strong numerical insight and a keen eye for structure and detail;
  • Strong communication skills, stress resistance and a proactive attitude;
  • A results-driven mindset and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
